Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Booking

Initial advisory consultations are scheduled by appointment through an online booking system (Google Calendar). Appointments are conducted by online meeting unless otherwise agreed.

All consultation fees are payable in advance.

2. Initial Advisory Consultation

The initial consultation is designed to provide focused, substantive guidance on the client’s specific commercial and contractual issues, including preliminary analysis, issue-spotting, and strategic direction under English-law governed transactions.

The consultation is not a sales call. It is a professional advisory session led at senior level and tailored to the client’s circumstances. The initial consultation does not constitute a full advisory or legal opinion, nor an ongoing engagement, unless expressly agreed in writing. 

Format: Online meeting (Google Meet video conference), unless otherwise agreed.
Duration: Up to 60 minutes.
Fee: As indicated on the booking page or otherwise communicated to the client at the time of booking (payable in advance).

3. Credit Against Future Engagement

Where the client proceeds with a subsequent engagement within 30 days of the initial consultation, the consultation fee will be credited in full against the fees for that engagement.

This ensures that clients who instruct the firm are not charged twice for the same preliminary work.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time without charge. In such cases, fees may be refunded or credited toward a rescheduled consultation, at the client’s option.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend the appointment, will result in the fee being non-refundable, as time has been reserved exclusively for the client.
• In exceptional circumstances, the Company may, at its discretion, offer to reschedule the consultation.
• If the Company is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment, the client will be offered either a full refund or an alternative appointment.

5. Payment Processing
Payments for initial consultations are processed securely via third-party payment service providers. The Company does not receive or store clients’ full payment card details. Payment processing is subject to the terms and policies of the relevant payment provider. 

6. Booking Data

Personal data submitted in connection with appointment booking is processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
